He is the father of young debutante actor Ishaan Khattar and the step-father of well-known actor Shahid Kapoor. For many years, Khattar has given his colorful voice to dub more than 100 foreign films in Hindi, dubbing over various Hollywood stars from American films and other celebrities from other foreign films including South Indian ones. Rajesh is best known for his Hindi voice as Captain Jack Sparrow, Iron Man, Ghost Rider and Shrek.
