Zoa Morani is an Indian actress who appears in Bollywood films. Morani started off as an assistant director for the 2007 film Om Shanti Om and was assistant director for Halla Bol (2008) as well. Karim Morani is an accused in the 2G spectrum scam for facilitating routing of Rs. 200 crore bribe to DMK run Kalaignar TV through various companies of co-accused Shahid Balwa and his own firm Cineyug Films. He is currently out on bail.
